Rules for using Roamies

Roamies is a collaborative travel planning service that lets users organize trips, share plans, manage tasks, track budgets, and coordinate travel details.

You must use the service lawfully and only for its intended purposes. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You may use Roamies only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

We may suspend or terminate access if your use creates risk for the service, other users, or violates these terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Roamies, including trip details, notes, itineraries, images, tasks, bookings, and budgets.

By submitting content, you grant Roamies a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service for you and your invited collaborators.

When you invite other people to a trip, you understand that trip content may become visible to and editable by those collaborators based on the sharing behavior of the app.

You should invite only people you trust and avoid sharing sensitive information you do not want others in the trip to access.

Roamies may rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, hosting platforms, mapping tools, image services, and Google Calendar integration. Your use of those connected services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content that we do not control.

Roamies currently supports planning and coordination features. Unless explicitly stated otherwise inside the product, Roamies is not the merchant of record for flights, hotels, activities, or third-party travel products that you may reference or track in the app.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms, pricing, refund rules, and booking conditions of any third-party travel provider you choose to use.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, or use Roamies to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, or harm others.

We may investigate and take action against conduct that threatens the service or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Roamies will be resolved in the courts located in Indonesia, unless applicable law allows or requires a different forum.

Roamies is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamies and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Continued use of Roamies after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
